The last Hotbuy this month was released today.
It could be inspired by anyone because it's very common. But this is the closest picture i could find.

It costs 9Sds and is from the store, Original Future.
Basically, this looks like it's suppose to be a part of Rio or Fudge store where it would be sold for 30-50Scs. So 9Sds is quite pricey. But hey, Hotbuys are pricey.
